Datové služby pro českou sociologii

Article concerns the benefits of social data services and secondary data analysis and the past and current situation in data archiving in the Czech Republic. The Sociological Data Archive (SDA) provides data files from quantitative surveys, promotes secondary data analysis and co-operates in research project (ISSP, ESS). Qualitative archives are the Czech Archive of Qualitative Data and Documents and MEDARD. The Czech Statistical Office provides data services in the field of official statistics.
