Nepříliš harmonická realita. Rodičovské kombinace práce a péče v mezích genderové struktury současné české společnosti

Based on the contemporary gender theories of work/life balance this article aims to move the debate in the Czech sociology towards more detailed conceptualization of this issue and broader understanding of the research results in the context of the development of the Czech society. The analysis stems from the representative research of the Czech parents and their strategies of work/life balance. The author shows how unfriendly the Czech labour market is and that in these conditions Czech parents create strategies that have consequences for the reproduction of gender inequalities.
