This is the fourth shadow report Beijing 25+, which assesses the implementation of the strategic goals of the international Beijing Platform for Action in the Czech Republic. The Women and the economy chapter assesses the achievement of the goals in the following areas: employment of women and men and the factors that influence employment rate during life, unequal pay (its causes and consequences) and the impact of the pandemic on women's employment.
