Nina Fárová is a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Gender and Science of the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Her research focus is on the relationship between gender, science and technology, and she is currently conducting research on the gender division of labor and care in smart homes. In the past she has been conducting an ethnographic research into the Czech educational system, focusing on the issue of men and masculinity in a feminized context. She is also a lecturer at the University of Hradec Králové where she teaches gender theory and qualitative methodology.
