Project Duration: 2023 - 2026

Category: Projects

The aim is to increase the resilience and sustainability of the Czech healthcare in response of staffing crisis, manifested by the outflow of skilled workers abroad or from the sector. We believe that non-ideal interpersonal relations caused by generational "misunderstanding" are a contributing factor. We aim to identify the most pressing issues of students and junior doctors through quantitative and qualitative research. Expert groups will analyse the results and prepare teaching modules targeting these problems and test them (2.LF UK, LF MU Brno ). Further expert elaboration will lead to the development of e-learning, mentoring and the basis for the revision of the Gender Equality Strategy for 2021-2030. Finally, we will organise a conference
for better dissemination.
