The target of methodological research, specialized on victimization, was to analyze and improve the qustionnaire used in quantitative research in order to increase the quality of interviewing. Main topics were: how respondents understand the term 'our society', way, in which respondents answer sensitive and delicate questions on vicrimization, which form of interviewing they prefer and problem of identity of respondent's awareness and real extent of fear, connected with some type of danger. …

The article presents partial results of a qualitative study realized in 2006 between Czech men and women managers. Using an ecological inference technique this paper examines vote switching in the Czech Republic between the 2002 Chamber elections and 2004 European elections. These results are compared with two individual-level mass survey results. The results of these analyses confirm many of the predictions of SOET and generate further hypotheses for future research.…
