Blanka Nyklová, Ph.D. specialises on qualitative as well as quantitative research emphasising gender and feminist theories. For her dissertation, she mapped the Czech feminist scene and its geopolitical position using semi-structured interviews and discourse analysis. Since 2014, she has been a member of the research team of the National Contact Centre for Gender and Science of the Sociological Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. She has taken part in several international projects aimed at implementing gender change at research and educational institutions. In particular, she has conducted quantitative surveys as well as qualitative analysis of interviews in order to map the initial gender-related conditions.
