Medallion
Kamila Fialová is an economist, her research mainly focuses on labour market, income inequality and poverty. Kamila holds a PhD in economics from the Institute of Economic Studies, Charles University in Prague. She also studied demography at Faculty of Science of Charles University. Her academic experience includes publication of research articles, teaching, conference presentations and acting as a referee for several impacted academic journals. Kamila is a research fellow at the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Science. In the past, she worked as a macroeconomic analyst at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and at Chief Economist Unit of Komeční banka (Société Générale Group). Kamila was also several times hired as a short-term consultant by The World Bank.
