Focus
My current research interests go in two directions. Firstly, I examine the impacts of research assessment and the dynamization in research on knowledge, organizations and subjectivities and the ways these processes are gendered. Secondly, having been engaged in equality work since 2001, I continue my explorations into the material‐discursive practices through which gender equality policies and projects are adopted and implemented at the European and Czech country level, with a specific focus on cultural and institutional changes through gender equality plans.
