Za posledních dvacet let došlo v České republice k zásadnímu nárůstu počtu studentů na vysokých školách. Jedním z důsledků je, že v naší populaci vzrostly podíly osob s ukončeným vysokoškolským vzděláním na dvojnásobek. Prudký rozvoj vzdělávacího systému vyvolává řadu otázek.
