Bezdětní a postoje k rodičovství

Fenomén bezdětnosti je jedním z rysů demografického vývoje evropských populací. V mezinárodním kontextu se Česká republika řadí k zemím s nejnižším podílem bezdětných žen v populaci. Podle projekcí bude nejvyšší, téměř pětinový podíl trvale bezdětných v generacích narozených v polovině 80. let, v dalších generacích by měl postupně klesat na 11 %, podíl žen se dvěma dětmi se sníží na 45 až 47 %. Victimization experience does matter: Testing the effect of different types of victimization on fear of crime among adolescents

The aim of the present study is to thoroughly examine the relationship between adolescent fear of crime and a wide variety of offences which commonly affect children. The analysed data comes from the Urban Youth Victimization Survey conducted among 9th grade students in the Czech Republic. The results unequivocally demonstrate that victimization experience, when measured properly, substantially affects adolescent fear of crime. Decision makers’ preferences of policy instruments

The article empirically tests the theoretical propositions on instrument choice articulated by Linder and Peters and their followers. It examines whether decision makers tend to prefer some policy instruments over others, what the patterns of these preferences are, and how they can be explained.
