The qualitative study is focused on the issue of equal access of women (and men) into managerial and decision-making positions in a social enterprise and conventional one in the Czech Republic. Kvalitativní studie se zaměřila na problematiku rovného přístupu žen (a mužů) do manažerských a řídicích pozic v jednom sociálním a jednom konvenčním podniku v České republice. Impact of Primary and Secondary Social Origin Factors on the Transition to University in the Czech Republic

The main objective of this paper is to show to what extent and why students with the same academic aptitude but different social backgrounds have different odds of entering university. This article examines secondary education in the Czech Republic between 2000 and 2010.
