Článek se zaměřuje na analýzu politického diskurzu osobního dluhu: na analýzu přepisu jednání v Parlamentu ČR a dokumentů vztažených k legislativě osobního zadlužení (spotřebitelských úvěrů, insolvence). Analýza ukazuje, že dvě hlavní a prolínající se role státu: trestající a ochraňující se v diskurzu formují a souvisí s vícevrstevnatou představou o tom, kdo a jak má být zodpovědný za řešení zadluženosti.

Health and healthcare use of homeless population: Evaluation study of joint social work and healthcare provision
Bezdomovectví jako extrémní forma chudoby udržuje a prohlubuje nerovnosti v oblasti zdraví. Lidé bez domova čelí desetkrát vyšší úmrtnosti než běžná populace, přičemž průměrný věk úmrtí je 45 let. This article aims to contribute to the debate on the rise of independents in local politics and the underlying factors driving this trend in Europe by investigating the situation in Czechia, a post-communist country with a highly fragmented local government system.
